Yes, you can book any hotel of choice, you simply must book a business hotel through Navan. Navan's booking platform allows you to compare rates with other sites for hotels worldwide.
If you cancel or don’t complete your stay by February 28, 2025, you won’t qualify for survey payment.

Any business owner or company can participate, including those in digital marketing, real estate, consulting, etc.
However, it is one entry per company/person booking and checking in.
